We are pleased to announce the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between KIMSHEALTH CSR and Vincentian Social Services (De Care) on 11 July 2026 for the implementation of Project REBOOT.
Project REBOOT is a collaborative initiative dedicated to promoting healthy digital habits, preventing problematic screen use, and enhancing the digital well-being of children through research-based assessment, awareness, and intervention programmes at Loyola Public School, Thiruvananthapuram.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating safer digital environments and empowering children, parents, educators, and communities to foster responsible technology use.
Together, we are taking a meaningful step towards building healthier digital futures for the next generation.

decaresocialservices🌿 A New Space for Hope, Healing & Mental Well-being 💙
Vincentian Social Services, Thiruvananthapuram, in collaboration with Loyola CAPS, proudly inaugurated the De Care Counselling Centre on 21 June 2026.
The centre, which will function every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM aims to provide accessible, professional counselling services to individuals, families, and the community, promoting mental well-being and emotional resilience.
The inauguration was graciously conducted by Mrs. Aswathy Sunil, Vice President of Karakulam Panchayath, while Fr. George Poonattu, Social Work Councillor, presided over the ceremony.
The occasion also featured an enlightening Parenting Session led by Dr. Sanal Mathew, Clinical Psychologist,and Mr. Shal, Psychologist,who shared valuable insights on positive parenting, emotional well-being, healthy parent-child relationships, and building resilient families.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, resource persons, participants, and well-wishers who joined us in making this meaningful initiative a reality.
Together, let us build a community where mental health is valued, support is accessible, and no one has to face life's challenges alone.

🌿 Building a healthier digital future, one community at a time!
As part of the Smart Screen Project, a significant milestone was achieved on 4th June 2026 with the launch of the project's community-level intervention at the Karakulam Grama Panchayat Office.
🏫➡️🏘️ Initially implemented in schools, the Smart Screen Project has now been expanded to the community level for the first time in Karakulam Grama Panchayat. Through this initiative, we aim to extend our reach beyond students and schools to engage parents, families, educators, and the wider community, creating a collective movement towards healthier digital habits.
👩⚕️👩🏫 As the first step in this transition, an orientation and briefing session was conducted for 36 frontline community representatives, including ASHA Workers and Headmistresses from schools across Karakulam Grama Panchayat. Their active participation is vital in spreading awareness and fostering positive behavioural change within families and communities.
The session focused on:
📱 Understanding screen addiction and its growing impact
⚠️ Recognizing the physical, emotional, social, and academic consequences of excessive screen use
🏫 Sharing the successful interventions already implemented at the school level
🤝 Discussing strategies for expanding the project across the community
👨👩👧👦 Strengthening community involvement in promoting responsible technology use
🌱 By bringing together key stakeholders, the project seeks to create a supportive environment where children, parents, schools, and community members can work together to develop balanced and healthy digital lifestyles.
💙 This marks the beginning of a broader community movement that recognizes digital well-being as a shared responsibility.
